Having trouble with your email order links? Log into your shop account and check your order dashboard. Download your item from there.
Your Purchase Files When Downloaded
All digital sets you purchase and download from this site will be in your Files App in Downloads.
Please remember that your purchase will take some time to complete the purchase process as well as the download and import process. Give them time to do their thing. If you don’t you may run into file errors or missing content. Also, downloading each set purchased individually can help avoid errors.
Troubleshooting
- Download the product file from the Oh So Whimzey order dashboard instead of the email.
- Check for any needed updates on your device.
- Refresh the note-taking app or downloads folder.
- Close out any other open and active apps.
- Restart your device (unplug.. plug back in .. fixes it every time.. right?).
